My technique is unlike any other. As you are unique, so will be our work together. We’ll find the right approach for you.
I use the fundamentals of clinical psychology along with aspects of mindfulness, to pinpoint the origin of what is troubling you.

I have extensive experience helping clients work through depression, grief, addiction, and anxiety. I’ve helped many heal childhood and religious woundings. I’ve assisted those facing financial under-earning, and personal and professional relationship problems.
As a result of our work together, you should have a clearer view of yourself and your relationships, feel calmer and more positive, and be able to make better life decisions. Together, we will learn from your past and work to resolve old issues, clearing the way for an increased sense of well being now and into the future.
I employ a number of modalities including: CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy); Psychology of Selves (Internal Family Systems); positive, psycho-spiritual and psychodynamic therapies; and structures of 12-step programs.
I have studied and worked with Anna Ivara, Brugh Joy M.D., Carolyn Conger Ph.D., Louise Hay, Drs. Hal and Sidra Stone, Shakti Gawain, and Lori Quinn Loewenburg. I’ve led groups and practiced as a counselor and life coach consultant in NYC, Nashville, and Los Angeles.
While I do not adhere to a religious perspective, I understand religions and approach them with care and respect.
I currently have a practice in Toluca Lake, California (Los Angeles). Evening and select weekend afternoon sessions are available for those who cannot make weekday appointments. I’m also available for phone sessions and to host group workshops.
